If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please email us at shop@beco.co.in or contact us on call at  +91 932667349 within 5 days of delivery with your Order ID, Registered Email, Contact number, and pictures of the products delivered.


Please Note - Only products purchased directly from the BECO website are eligible for replacements.


For items purchased through other e-commerce platforms or retail partners, please contact the respective entity directly for information on their return policy and related assistance.


Deliveries


Delivery Timelines


Our standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. Please Note - North Eastern, J&K, and ANN regions may take longer for delivery. 


Shipping Charges 


We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 349/-.


For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged. 


Order Processing 


Orders placed on Sundays, Public Holidays, Bank Holidays will be processed on the following business day. 


Once the order is placed, it will be processed within the next 24-48 business hours.


Cancellation 


Order once placed cannot be cancelled. 



Returns and Exchanges and Refunds 

Beco products are classified under Personal Hygiene and Homecare, so returns or exchanges are not permitted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing items,  or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@beco.co.in or +91 9326673496. Include your Order ID, Registered Email ID, and relevant images or videos.

Upon receipt of the grievance, we will conduct a full and thorough examination and notify you within a reasonable time. 


Please Note - Products purchased during sales and/or promotional event will not be eligible for returns, cancellations, refund or exchange. 


Your order will be applicable for refund only in case of - Pincode being unserviceable due to any unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities or emergencies. 


Fake / False delivery


If your order shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 3 days of the delivery date. Include your Order ID, and Registered Email ID. 


FAQs


Can I modify my order after placing it?


Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, you can always place a new order for the additional items.


How can I change my address?


We will not be able to redirect your order to a different delivery address. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.



Can I change my Cash on Delivery (COD) order to prepaid?


We can't switch the payment mode from COD to prepaid. However, you can place a new order with your desired mode of payment.
